產品名稱：泰式酸辣湯底 【明爐魚使用】
產品介紹：專為泰式明爐魚而設，只要根據指示烹調，即可在家輕鬆烹調出泰式明鱸魚，非常適合party，開大餐使用。
保質期：4個月

食用方式：

1）先根據指示浸熟鮮魚（解凍後，煲滾水即關火，使用餘溫浸熱17分鐘）。
2）將魚平放至鍋中。
3）開細火，慢慢加入酸辣湯，並將酸辣香料鋪滿魚身。
魚吃得差不多後，可依個人口味加入適量清水稀釋湯底（建議1:1～1:2比例）湯頭會變得比較溫和，適合繼續涮各種食材。
