產品規格：~500g，本產品為生鮮急凍整條鱸魚，請務必煮熟後食用。 
產品介紹：我們採用IQF個別急速冷凍技術， 在魚隻最新鮮的狀態下瞬間鎖住鮮味與肉質， 保留最原始的嫩滑口感。 推薦泰式明爐火鍋煮法（最簡單保留鮮味）。
保質期：4個月 (無添加防腐劑）

食用方式 / Cooking Instructions ：

  1. 預先解凍，煲熱一鍋水，將鱸魚連同真空袋放入已滾的水中。 
  2. 立即關火，蓋上鍋蓋浸泡17分鐘（中途可輕輕翻面一次）。 
  3. 取出後可加入火鍋湯底，泰式明爐魚火鍋。 
魚肉經低溫浸熟後，肉質嫩滑不柴， 香茅鹽味完全滲入，完美融入泰式酸辣湯底，帶來正宗明爐風味。 
其他煮法建議： 
清蒸：解凍後蒸8–10分鐘。 
烤焗：解凍後刷油，180°C焗15–20分鐘。 

請儲存於-18°C或以下，開封後請盡快煮食完畢。
